Fitness for what really matters.

Coaching that texts you back.

A real coach, in your actual messages, who learns your schedule and your excuses and keeps showing up anyway. No app to download. No streaks to break. Nobody’s face on a leaderboard.

“When I started this program I was wearing a men’s 36. I went to the store yesterday to buy an outfit to celebrate. Today I’m wearing a size 30.”

Nopeto a few things.

  • Perfection.
  • Burnout.
  • All-or-nothing.
  • Extremes.
  • Doing it alone.
  • Toxicity.

Every one of those got sold to you by the fitness industry, and then quietly blamed on you when it didn’t stick. You were never the problem. Nobody sustains a plan built for a version of themselves with three free hours and no children.

Yep to a few others.

  • Yep
One coach who knows your name.
  • Yep
    Progress you can actually keep.
  • Yep
Starting from wherever you are, not wherever you meant to be.
  • Yep
Bad weeks, planned for in advance.

Turns out you don’t need to become somebody else. You just need somebody paying attention.

How it works

Three steps. The first one takes fifteen minutes.
1

Start with a conversation

Fifteen minutes with Trevor. He’ll ask why this matters right now, what’s gotten in the way before, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and what you’re actually hoping for. If Nope isn’t right for you, he’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

2

Get a plan built for your real life

A couple of days later you’ll have workouts and nutrition targets built around your schedule, your equipment, and the food you actually like. Then a thirty-minute call to walk through all of it so nothing is a mystery.

3

Text every day

Each morning you send your weight and what you ate yesterday. Trevor replies the same day, answers whatever came up, and keeps you moving. Every Friday you get a written progress report and a fresh set of workouts for the week ahead.

Meet Trevor

Trevor has personally coached more than two hundred people, including an 88-person corporate program whose results were reviewed by an independent physician. Before any of that he spent seventeen years as a professional actor in New York, which is where he learned to stay strong and healthy on a schedule of late nights, long rehearsals, and road food.

He also knows what it’s like to know exactly what you should be doing and not be able to do it alone. Nothing changed for him until he asked for help. That’s the whole company.

He’s the person texting you, and he stays the person texting you. Nobody hands your history off to whoever’s on shift. You will never have to explain your knee twice.

Why this works when nothing else did

An app can tell you you’re four hundred calories over. It cannot tell you that you ate that way because a meeting ran long and lunch never happened, and it definitely cannot help you plan for the next time a meeting runs long. Coaching works because somebody is watching the pattern instead of the number.

The apps were never the real problem, though. They were just the most recent thing to sell you all-or-nothing and call it accountability. Miss two days and the streak dies and so does the whole idea. A coach handles a missed week the way a person handles it, which is to ask what happened and then adjust.

It’s also why all of this happens over text. Your messages are already open forty times a day. One more icon on your home screen was never the missing piece and you knew that before we did.

What people say

A few people who’d mostly given up on this sort of thing.

“I had gotten up to 212, the highest weight I’d been in my entire life. I really needed someone to be accountable to. Today I’m 187.”
Godfrey, busy dad and professional speaker
“There’s never been any shame or disappointment. It’s always been encouragement.”
Brendan, travels for work and eats out most meals
“Nothing else has worked for me except for this.”
Logan, gained ten pounds of muscle

Questions people ask

Is there an app to download?

No. It’s regular text messages on the phone you already have. Nothing to install, no password to forget, no icon to feel guilty about.

How fast does Trevor reply?

Same day, Monday through Friday. You’re texting a person rather than a system, so replies come when a human is awake and reading, and they’re actual answers. You’ll have your weekend workouts and your plan, and he’s back Monday morning.

What does it cost?

We go over pricing on the call, once Trevor knows what you’re working toward. There’s no contract and you can cancel whenever you want.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Most people need about three months before this really shows up, and we’ll tell you that honestly. It’s an expectation, not a contract.

I’m coming off a GLP-1. Can you help?

Yes, and it’s a growing part of what we do. Keeping weight off after medication comes down to habits, strength, and eating in a way you can live with, which is exactly what coaching is for. Trevor isn’t a doctor and doesn’t prescribe, adjust, or manage medication. If something belongs with your physician, he’ll say so.

Do I need a gym?

It depends on what you’re after. If you want to build muscle you’ll need some kind of resistance, even if that’s bands or bodyweight. Otherwise, no. Trevor builds around whatever you’ve got.

Start with a conversation.

Fifteen minutes with Trevor, no pitch, and a straight answer about whether this is a fit for you. If it isn’t, he’ll tell you that too.
