These terms apply when you use the Nope Fitness website or coaching service. By using either, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the service.

What Nope Fitness is

Nope Fitness provides fitness and weight loss coaching by text message from Trevor St. John-Gilbert. Coaching covers exercise, nutrition, and habits, based on what you share with us.

Not medical advice

Nope Fitness is not a medical provider, and coaching is not medical, nutritional, or psychological treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication, including GLP-1 medications. If you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop and get medical help.

Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old to become a client.

Your part

Give us accurate information, tell us about injuries or changes in your health, and listen to your body. You follow any exercise or nutrition plan at your own risk.

Pricing, payment, and cancelling

We go over pricing on your first call, once Trevor knows what you’re working toward. There’s no contract, and you can cancel whenever you want by letting us know. Billing details are confirmed with you in writing when you sign up.

Text messages

Coaching happens by text. Our SMS Terms explain message frequency, rates, and how to opt out, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Results

The client stories on this site are real, but everyone is different. Your results depend on things like consistency, health, and circumstances, so we can’t promise any specific outcome.

Our content

The content on this site and the plans and materials we send you belong to Nope Fitness. Use them for your own coaching, but please don’t copy, sell, or share them.

Limitation of liability

The site and coaching are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Nope Fitness isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
